WHAT IS THE COUNCIL OF REPRESENTATIVES? Council
is the supreme legislative body of the Association, composed of Representatives
of Divisions, State and Provincial Associations, members of the Board of Directors
and Officers of the Association.Representatives to Council are elected from Divisions and State and Provincial Associations through the Apportionment Ballot.
